From CAD Design to Finished Jewellery: How Custom Pieces Are Made

Custom jewellery begins long before metal meets flame. The journey starts with CAD (Computer-Aided Design), where ideas are transformed into precise digital models. This stage allows complete control over proportions, stone placement, and structural balance.
Once approved, the design is converted into a 3D wax model through high-precision printing. This wax model is then used in the casting process, where molten precious metal replaces the wax to form the base structure.
After casting, expert artisans carefully set diamonds or gemstones into the piece. The final steps include polishing, finishing, and laser engraving if required. The result is a fully customized piece crafted with precision from start to finish — all under one roof.
